God encouraged Joshua when God led him to take the lead of the Israelites after Moses was no longer with them. God said to Joshua...

"Only be strong and very courageous, that you may observe to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go. This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go." Joshua 1:7-9

Starting in January video presentations will be posted to Facebook and YouTube on the Impact 360 channel. Links will be provided. The topics will cover controversial subjects that are believed differently by the majority according to what was traditionally taught and familiar to them in church. God wants us to establish ourselves in God's Word and His holy calling. People will wonder why you think and do things differently than most people in relation to church and beliefs. There are stories in the Bible of people who take a stand when others bowed down or joined the crowd, like: Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego who stayed standing refusing to bow down to the built statue while others gave in and bowed to the graven image statue, Daniel who prayed to God faithfully and kept to his standards and God's nutrition requirements, and other stories in the Bible of characters who took a stand for God when others did not. God calls you, his followers to make a difference and stand up for what is true.

The question to consider is why do so many well meaning church people from other denominations believe differently and defend so strongly that there is an eternal hell, what happens in the afterlife, differences of opinion about what we are allowed to eat, what day of worship, what the mark of the beast is, and what kind of influence the Bible can have on my life in relation to current popular thought. The videos will take time on each subject to learn as much as possible about each subject to grasp the truth about them well about what God has to say about each topic according to what the Bible says to clear up any misconceptions. Remember that what is popular is not always what is right. It is important to know what God's Word has to say about each of these topics.

The topics are as follows:

  • Is there an actual eternal hell
  • What happens in the afterlife
  • What is God's plan for my diet
  • God's day of worship
  • What is the mark of the beast talked about in Revelation
  • How can the Bible best impact my life right now

"Study to show yourself approved by God, a workman who need not be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." 2 Timothy 2:15
